| Mommy
& Me: Ages 2 - 3 1/2.
Mommy and child can enjoy a fun filled curriculum and
at the same time develop movement awareness, motor skills,
balance, coordination, flexibility & agility. Both
parent and child enjoy the benefits of tae kwon do.
Classes form in early Fall, Spring and Summer. Call
early, spaces are limited! |

| Tiny
Tigers: Ages of 3 - 4 1/2.
This program focuses on large motor skills as well as
listening and taking turns. These age specific classes
deal with the 3 & 4 year old in mind and what their
bodies and minds can do. |

| Little
Ninja Classes: Ages 4 1/2 to 6.
Learn skills to aid in focus, balance, coordination,
memory, control, discipline, confidence, fitness and
balance through the art of Tae Kwon Do. |
|
| Dragon
Programs: Ages 6 - 8.
Join the ranks of Dragons all over the United States
with fun filled classes. These Dragon classes are a
prelude to our Junior Program and incorporates character
development as well as Self-Defense and Tae Kwon Do. |

| Junior
Programs: Ages 7 - 12.
More intense classes for the pre-teens, focusing on
confidence, self-defense, self-discipline, respect,
focus and physical conditioning. |

| Adult
& Family Programs:
We offer adult only classes as well
as family classes (with family discounts)
all focusing on the Martial Arts ‘Code of Honor’:
Integrity; Courtesy; Self-Control; Perseverance;
& Indomitable Spirit. |

| Kickin’
Kids After School Martial Arts Program:
Enjoy two activities for the price of one! Transportation
provided from your child’s school to our facility
by way of our ‘STKD’ Van. Why not have your
children doing something worthwhile after school! |
| Women’s
Self Defense Seminars:
This can be held in our facility or yours. Learn to
defend yourself and your family through our intensive
seminars. Learn Rape Awareness and what to look out
for when alone. |

Camp: All
ages. Come and enjoy a delightful
camp filled with Martial Arts activities, field trips,
crafts, games, movies and a whole lot more! Best of
all, anyone can attend. |

| Martial
Arts Birthday Parties: Sit
back and relax while we take the worries of setting
up, entertaining and cleaning up. Enjoy a Samurai cake
cutting ceremony, demonstrations, food, drinks, invitations,
and games. All you do is bring us the kids! |

| Cardio
Kickboxing: Enjoy toning
up and working out to music. This fun filled class makes
working out easy and enjoyable. Bring your friends! |

| Haidong
Gundo (Korean Sword):
Learn the ancient way of the Korean Sword through the
Haidong Gumdo Federation. Complete with uniform, sword,
sword case and an entire new system of belts designed
for the Haidong Gumdo. |
